Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
This is an ongoing promotion with regular draws. The current draw period and frequency are advertised on this page. Entries received during a draw period are eligible for that period's draw. Each draw period closes at 11.59pm AEST on its final day.
To enter, complete the entry form on this page providing your name, email address, mobile number, and state of residence, and submit at least one photo or video featuring a STEPZ product. Each valid photo submission counts as one (1) entry. Each valid video submission counts as two (2) entries. There is no cap on submissions per entrant during a draw period.
Entries must be received before the close of the relevant draw period to be eligible for that period's draw. Late entries roll over to the following draw period. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Submitted photos or videos must:
(a) feature a genuine STEPZ product, or be content related to STEPZ products;
(b) be the original work of the entrant, who owns all rights to the content;
(c) not contain inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, unsafe, or illegal content;
(d) not feature identifiable third parties without their consent;
(e) not contain copyrighted material owned by others (logos, music, footage, etc.) without licence.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements at its sole discretion.
The prize for each draw is advertised on this page at the top under "Current Prize." The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond their control. Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and any unused balance is forfeited. Where the prize is a gift card or voucher, the terms set by the issuing party apply. Different draws may feature different prizes; the current prize is always shown at the top of this page.
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the draw period. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the close of the draw period at the Promoter's premises in Victoria, Australia. The winner will be contacted directly using the details they provided, and announced on STEPZ's official social media accounts. If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
By entering this promotion, each entrant grants STEPZ a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, edit, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display their submitted content in any media (including social media, paid advertising, websites, print materials, and dealer marketing) for marketing and promotional purposes, with or without attribution. Entrants waive any right to inspect or approve uses of the content. This licence applies to all submissions, regardless of whether the entrant wins. Entrants warrant that they own all necessary rights in the submitted content and that the Promoter's use will not infringe any third party rights.
Personal information collected through this promotion (name, email, mobile number, state, optional fields) will be handled in accordance with the STEPZ Privacy Policy. Information will be used to administer the promotion, contact the winner, and (if opted in) send marketing communications. Entrants may request access to or deletion of their personal information by contacting info@stepzco.com.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred in connection with this promotion or any prize, including lost or delayed entries, technical failures, or unauthorised use of personal information. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, change the prize, alter the draw frequency, or cancel the promotion at any time, with updated terms posted on this page. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, BP, Google, or any other third party platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.
